Refunds & Returns Policy
Ben Colson Designs operates a 14 day returns policy, meaning that you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
In order to qualify for returns, the item is required to be in the same condition that you received it and must not have been opened or used. All returned items must also be in their original packaging with tags and labels still attached where applicable.
You will also be required to submit a receipt or proof of purchase.
To submit a return, please email email@example.com.
Once your return has been approved, we will dispatch a returns shipping label along with instructions as to how and where to send your package.
Any items returned to us without requesting a return will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
If you have any questions, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or Defected Products
Upon delivery of your item, please thoroughly inspect your item and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or the wrong item. Doing so, will provide us with time to investigate the issue and rectify the situation as quickly as we can.
Due to the nature of prints & despite our best efforts to package them in a way that they will arrive at their destination in good condition, damage does occur in the post and in the event of this happening, we will rectify the issue and dispatch a replacement print.
Non- Returnable Items
Ben Colson Designs cannot accept returns of bespoke products, personalised items, gift cards or vouchers.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items purchased whilst on sale.
The most efficient method to ensure that you receive the product you were looking for is to submit a return, receive a full refund and then re-purchase the new item.
Once your return has been received and checked over, we will contact you to inform you whether your refund request was approved.
In the event of a refund being issued, we will automatically refund the amount on your original payment method.
It can take a few days / weeks for your bank or credit card supplier to process and post the refund to your account.
